If you would like to book an apartment, you should make a prepayment in the amount of one night stay. After that we will send you a confirmation letter with a voucher indicating the address of the apartment and contacts of managers.
In the description of each apartment you can see the price per night, depending on period of stay. To get the total cost of your stay is necessary to multiply the number of nights on the appropriate price for the night.
Payment for accommodation is in the following order:
The first step is a prepayment of the apartment, which you would like to book. We cannot guarantee accommodation in the chosen apartment without receiving a payment.
The second step is the full payment. Final payment for apartment booking should be made no later than the day of your check-in to the apartment.
An insurance deposit will be taken upon you check-in to the apartment and will be refunded to you upon check-out. The cost of insurance deposit is the amount of one night stay cost.
You can choose one of the following methods of payment:
1) Via QIWI payment terminals to our electronic Qiwi Valet.
2) Pay cash in our Moscow office (located close to metro station “Tverskaya”). Address: Tverskaya street, 18 bld. 1.
3) Transfer through “Sberbank” to the credit card of “Sberbank”. Ask the manager to forward the details of credit card.
4) Bank transfer to the settlement account of the company. Please send us details of your company to make an invoice.
CHECK-IN RULES
Early check-in (is considered between 9am and 2pm) and late check-out (is considered between 12 noon and 6:00 pm.) incur 50% of the regular nightly rate. Check-ins before 9am are considered a full night's stay and charged at a regular nightly rate. Check-outs after 6:00 pm are considered to be the next night's reservation and will be charged at a full night's rate. These services are possible only if the apartment is free on the day of arrival or departure.
Notice! This fee can be collected in cash on the spot.
CANCELLATION/ADJUSTMENT POLICY:
In case of cancellations made less than 14 calendar days before date of check-in are treated as no-shows and incur a penalty of one night’s stay fee at the highest rate (1 night stay rate). Changes/date adjustments made less than 14 calendar days before date of check-in incur a penalty of one night’s stay fee. Also we make recalculation of the total amount in accordance with the price stated in the table of tariffs for each period of stay specified in the description of the chosen apartment. We do not charge any fee for extension of your stay if the apartment is available for dates requested.
