In a pre-agreed check-in time our guest service manager will meet you at the apartment and hand over your keys, sign the lease agreement and accounting documents and accept your payment. Waiting time of guest service manager in the apartment is 40 minutes. If you are late, please call the numbers listed on your voucher to inform our managers that you are late and the new time when we should expect you. We will have our check-in managers wait for you at the apartment. If you do not warn us in a time about the delay, we have the right to leave the apartment prior to the approval of the new meeting time. Also you can find in the voucher the contacts of your manager and you can call him to confirm the time of arrival. In a pre-agreed time of your check out our staff member will arrive to the apartment to collect the keys back from you, will make an external inspection of the apartment and will give you bake an insurance deposit.
